Beaton Brothers Flooring Co., Inc. was founded by David Beaton, Sr. in 1953 out of the basement of his home. By 1956, he had opened the first warehouse in Bricktown, New Jersey. The company moved to Lakewood in 1965, and has been located on 7th Street ever since.
